So my tag is:
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Security-Policy" content="default-src *; script-src 'self'
'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval' *; style-src  'self' 'unsafe-inline' *">

Now, visually what was happening was the popup wasn't appearing, but when you switch applications
(double tap on the physical button), and switch into the same app, the popup was there.

This seemed to be in more recent iphones (likely iOS10) - really old ones it still worked

Thanks for looking into this - our application has been forced offline because of this bug.
