Previous config.xml started like this: ??<widget id="com.myAppName.mobile" version="1.0.18"
android-versionCode="100191"...??
Current config.xml starts like that: ??<widget id="com.myAppName.mobile" version="1.0.21"
android-versionCode="100210"...??

> When I install the app built with Cordova 6.4.0 over the same app built with 6.2.0 I
get the message *App not installed* on my Android phone.
> I checked with Java *keytool* to verify that both apps are signed with the same keystore.
