No, I'll have a look at that.

It would be weird if this is a chromium issue since its the same version as chrome for android
(v51 if i'm not mistaken), I checked that via chrome debugging.

This works in Chrome (desktop and android) but doesn't when I embed this in a cordova app.
I did notice that the scroll behaviour is a bit non-standard as it stops scrolling as soon
as you let go (where android typically keeps the momentum of the scroll and then slowly stops).
