> Key: CB-9433
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-9433
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug

> The instructions tell me to open the Xcode preferences, Download tab, and install the
command line tools from the components panel but this is no longer correct since the changed
Xcode a couple years ago or so. There are two ways to install the command line tools:
> 1. Download from developer.apple.com
> 2. As described in http://chriskief.com/2013/10/24/os-x-mavericks-xcode-5-0-1-and-the-missing-command-line-tools/
among other places:
> run xcode-select --install in a terminal shell, and it will pop up a dialog box to confirm
installing the command line tools (as a dependency).
