Joe Bowser resolved CB-8685.
----------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 5.1.0

This will still show you errors, but the APK will be successfully generated, which is what
I think is the desired result. I'm no longer getting the translation errros after the last
fix, but I am getting errors with InAppBrower. The new lint setting will be in the next release.

> I've been playing with cordova-android 4.0.0-dev in Android Studio v1.1.0.
> It seems to work fine when building or running on a device.
> However, when I generate a signed APK, there are a few translation errors that come up:
> # It complains that the locale-specific string files contain an entry for `<string
name="menu_settings">`, but the default `strings.xml` does not.
> I worked around that by just adding that entry into strings.xml
> # It complains that the strings.xml and arrays.xml do not contain translations for all
locales.
> ??If an application has more than one locale, then all the strings declared in one language
should also be translated in all other languages.??
> I worked around that by changing both xmls to ignore the "MissingTranslation" error:
> {code:xml}<resources xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools"
>     tools:ignore="MissingTranslation">{code}
> Once those were fixed, I was able to generate my signed APK in Android Studio.
