in the exemple that you suggested just above, the problem is that:
1: if the "location service" is off then user waits 30 seconds before realizing that the "location
service is off".
2: if the error method is called after 30 seconds, then we do not know why:
      -it can be because the "location service" is off  
      -BUT it can also be because the phone did not get the location (in some areas in brasil
it can take a very long time to aquire the location).

--> PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE AN ISSUE THAT IS NOT FIXED: it's not fixed... (is it?)
