Of course.

Here's a repo: https://github.com/dlmma/HTMLImportsTest

I've made a simple test case in the www/index.html file.

> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Plugin WKWebViewEngine
> Affects Versions: 4.0.0
> Environment: iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1, Cordova v.5.4.1

>
> Using Cordova-ios 4.0.0 from the master branch with the cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine
does not support HTMLImports with the webcomponents.js polyfill. This worked on UIWebview.
The polyfill works fine in Safari. This makes development using the Polymer framework practically
impossible.
