I have already check that there is no cordova.jar is included and I have created the project
using command line the cordova version is 5.0.1 and Cordova Android is 4.0.2.

I have created the project from the scratch and uploaded again still it is rejected by the
Google reviewer team. Kindly help me to sort out this issue.
