> We need a consistent cross platform way of getting info on how the app was launched.
 Different launch mechanisms could include registered protocols, local or push notifications
or intents from other applications.  All of the above launch mechanisms could potentially
include some additional information passed in to the application.  We need a consistent way
of registering to receive this info inside a cordova app.
