CB-8079 Use activity class package name, but fallback to application package name when looking
for splash screen drawable

> The splashscreen resource images are loaded by the package name of the activity class.
This works as long as the app package name is the same which is the default.
> But when someone is building several apps out of the the same activity class package,
then the resources are no longer found. They should be loaded via the app package name, which
should also work in the default scenario.
