The above commit will have the following logic:

*When 4.0.0 is the latest release:*

- All English 4.0.0 documentation will be indexed by a search engine
- All other documentation will ignored

*When 4.1.0 becomes the latest release:*

- All English 4.1.0 will be indexed
- All other documentation will be ignored (including 4.0.0)

I used the following tag to prevent indexing:

{noformat}
<meta name="robots" content="noindex">
{noformat}

Let me know if there are any issues with this approach!
