When calling: "cordova platform add android" on a Windows machine where the Android SDK isn't in PATH Cordova aborts with an error.

Currently the Error message is "Error: An error occurred while listing Android targets".

While that's better than giving no explanation at all it still doesn't tell the user what he has to fix.

"Error: Cordova can't find Android SDK in the build PATH" would be more helpful for the user.
