Jan Velecký commented on CB-7274:
---------------------------------

And my experience from Windows 7 is as follow. (Same behaviour in cmd like in Git bash)

$ plugman adduser
Username: Velda
Username: Velda
Username: Velda
Username:
It will never ask for password, neither e-mail, only repeats asking fo username (until I don't
know what).

Then I do more testing and I found out, that I must type name which does not contain uppercase.
$ plugman adduser
Username: velda
Password:

> From the command line:
> Help text simply says :
> {code}
> Add a user account
> ------------------
>     $ plugman adduser
> {code}
> It would be nice if it could describe what we are adding a user to ( the plugin registry
), which registry ( because we can change it )
> Generally, we need more verbose text describing this throughout.
> If and when we move/add this stuff to the website, we can probably ignore all of this.
