Attached a screenshot of the area where you set it (as you describe). The project one is set
where the blue icon is, the "target" one is where the red icon is.

You can also set settings via command-line-build time, but I think we should try and avoid
that. Looks like we do it right now to set CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY via build.xcconfig. No reason
not to set this for the IDE as well.
