> After performing an upload File Transfer, plugins no longer work. What I _think_ happens
is that if there are plugin interfaces during file transfer, for example, a console.log or
File process, the first one triggers the _execXhr_ command with _gap_exec_ keyword, but this
is not picked up. That is, it does not result in a CDVURLProtocol:canInitWithRequest. But
the command is in the javascript commandQueue. No additional commands will trigger an execXhr
b/c of the logic that assumes that if the command queue length > 1 the native side has
already been "poked" and will pick up the commands shortly. If the native side has lost the
command (and I don't know how or why), we're now wedged. A quick hack to prove the issue
is to retrigger the execXhr if the command queue length is > 5, for example. This causes
the native side to be poked again, and things work again.
