Getting errors with:
{code}
npm unpublish cordova@3.3.0-0.1.0
{code}
as well as
{code}
npm publish cordova@3.3.0-0.1.0 --force
{code}

For now I've rolled back to 3.2.0-0.4.0 via:
{code}
npm tag cordova@3.2.0-0.4.0 latest
{code}
