there was a tool called npmzip that you could use to create offline installer packages with
all dependencies included. Unfortunately npmzip is removed from the registry for whatever
reason.

I don't know if there are similar tools like npmzip, but if there are, then it would be very
easy to create offline installer packages ourselves.
