Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-4964) Rakefile in docs does not handle languages other than 'en'
Date Tue, 01 Oct 2013 13:26:24 GMT

Lisa Seacat DeLuca commented on CB-4964:

good catch [~cmarcelk]. So far I have been grabing the latest doc updates from edge and adding
pull requests against edge for [~mwbrooks] to grab in and merge. [~mwbrooks], when pulling
in the language changes do you put into 3.0.0 or 3.1.0? I don't believe there has been a
pull request since 3.1.0 that has been merged in.

Regardless, we need to update that rakefile to include the new languages.

> While publishing the docs for 3.1.0, I noticed that the Rakefile which clones edge to
a version directory does so only for en. The 'en' identifier is hardcoded in the Rakefile.
So none of the other newly translated languages were cloned to the 3.1.0 directory.
> Further, it looks like the translations were performed on 3.0.0, but the translated content
was put in the edge directory (or is there at the time of 3.1.0). So I'm wondering if these
translations should get moved from edge to 3.0.0 (and not 3.1.0).
