Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-4789) "$ cordova build ios" not copying plugins into Xcode project
Date Wed, 11 Sep 2013 20:46:52 GMT

Owen commented on CB-4789:

True. But I think it's better having a build script that checks that the plugins are actually
installed. I'm sure someone else will run into this. And what if the plugin code gets updated?
I'm assuming the plugin changes won't be copied into the Xcode project during build.

tried Xcode 5.0 build tools).

> None of the Objective-C files (e.g. CDVDevice.h, CDVDevice.m) are copied into the Xcode
plugins folder. I've also tested with Phonegap CLI 3.0.0-0.14.3 which also doesn't copy the
files during build.
> I'm working around this with custom build script. But I find it unusual that I couldn't
find anyone with the same issue. It would suggest it's my environment but I'm certain I'm
using the correct Xcode build tools, etc.
> Note: The Javascript for the plugins ARE copied during build.
