Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-4485) Command line build ignoring some config.xml settings
Date Fri, 02 Aug 2013 02:53:48 GMT

Joshua McFarland commented on CB-4485:

I've tried the icon tags with direct cordova created project and a phonegap one. The icon
tags don't do anything on build in either of them on Windows 8, though I haven't tried it
on another OS yet.

The biggest issue right now is the content src issue. I know that one is listed in the official
cordova documentation. It's also listed in the java code that loads the main page.

public class MyApp extends DroidGap
    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState)
        // Set by <content src="index.html" /> in config.xml

> I have specifically set the content src and changes the icons in the res folder, but
when building the application is still uses the defaults for both of those settings. It's
not entirely ignoring the config file, because if I change the app name or id it does get
properly updated on build.
