Subject [jira] [Updated] (CB-4293) Document onload param for <feature> tag in plugin spec
Date Tue, 30 Jul 2013 19:57:50 GMT

Filip Maj updated CB-4293:
--------------------------

    Component/s:     (was: Plugman)
                 iOS

This is not a plugman plugin spec documentation issue but rather a native plugin authoring
guide documentation issue for ios.

http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.0.0/guide_platforms_ios_plugin.md.html#iOS%20Plugins

Do a search for "<plugin", there are still several references to <plugin> instead
of <feature>

The onload param should be documented in there.

> The param "onload" is supported on both iOS and Android, not sure about other platforms.
It should be documented in the plugin spec.
> When this value is set to true, the plugin is loaded on startup.
> {code}
>     <feature name="Geolocation">
>       <param name="ios-package" value="CDVLocation"/>
>       <param name="onload" value="true" />
>     </feature>
> {code}
