Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-4281) Echo plugin is now missing after plugin breakout
Date Wed, 17 Jul 2013 18:09:50 GMT

David Kemp commented on CB-4281:

Just to be clear - I not proposing it goes 'back in the project'.
The echo plugin was part of core and only partially removed. I am proposing to finish the
removal job which means:
* remove the CDVEcho bits from cordova-ios
* remove the echo.js from cordova-js

Then add a fully baked plugin (cordova-plugin-echo) that resides inside the cordova-mobile-spec
project, which is the only place it is used since it is only used for testing and benchmarking.

It could be a fully separate repo, but it isn't likely to be used by anyone else...
