Pushed a fix to master for this. Make sure to specify something for version and ID otherwise
it'll fail.

repository. Instead, this process gets skipped since the has_custom_path function in config.js
checks the url.protocol of the incoming uri, which is undefined in windows (know node bug).
We need some kind of workaround for this though.
