Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-4154) Eclipse project properties overwritten when importing new project
Date Fri, 12 Jul 2013 02:28:46 GMT

ASF subversion and git services commented on CB-4154:

Commit 546948cb8c4c94795c66855899c9022ac714f361 in branch refs/heads/master from [~iclelland]
[;h=546948c ]

[CB-4154] Set default Android target to android-17

This is done in the default file, as well as the create
script for new projects.

> Because of [this bug|], the
file gets overwritten, poorly, when importing a new Android project into eclipse.
> The solution appears to be simple: Changing the {{target=Google Inc.:Google APIs:17}}
in to {{target=android-17}}.
> We don't use any of the APIs in Cordova, so changing to bare API 17 shouldn't have any
affect. (This also affects new projects only; if a developer wants to use the Google APIs,
it's a trivial -- and obvious -- step to switch it, and it won't ever revert.)
