Please provide a working example. fileURLWithPath is the correct method to use in this case
because we are loading a local URL.

In any case this would be the way to do it: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11882501/nsurl-add-parameters-to-fileurlwithpath-method
But, can be error prone since we need to extract the query params out, and then add it back
in.
