I believe that the issue is best solved by appending any extra parameters after interpolation
to the end of the log message. This is what Firebug and Chrome both do.

The function cordova.utils.vformat is the logical place to do this; it isn't used for anything
else within cordova core, so there should be no other side effects of making this change.
