the CLI has code to detect an installation from root user and warn about doing a recursive


Unfortunately there is no way to do this automatically for the user. Since the cli requires
script execution of the cordova libraries, which are located in subdirectories of the cli
package, the user need to have execution permission on all of cordova-cli.
