NEW: <resource-file> tag support in config.xml
FIXED: <resource-file> target attribute was ignored in plugin.xml
NEW: Carthage support
NEW: <framework custom="true" embed="true" /> support in plugin.xml to put
custon frameworks in Embedded Binaries (depends on cordova@7 CLI)
FIXED: Xcode 8.3.2 support
REMOVED: Xcode 8 support
REMOVED: node.js 0.x support
Various other bug fixes.
