OK, I got everything I wanted in the release in.  It's relatively future
proof for the time being on Linux and Windows, and Alexander's last minute
fix was a good catch (although I'm not sure why an earlier check didn't
work on Windows, and that bothers me a little, but not enough to vote
against this thing).

Darryl, I'm fine with the patch being in, but I'd like people who use the
CLI on a regular basis to test it, since my main use cases these days are
standalone and Android Studio Integration, and I definitely wouldn't be as
through.

Are people generally in agreement?
