    cordova-lib: fetch-1.0.2 (3c08c72680)
    cordova-lib: common-2.0.0 (3c08c72680)
    cordova-create: 1.0.2 (f69198e5ab)

Upon a successful vote I will upload the archives to dist/, publish
them to npm, and post the corresponding blog post.
