What is plugman? :-]

+1 apache dist link not on header, put it on footer
+1 updating "Contribute Page"
- add npm icon (link) to applicable components
- add bug icon (JIRA link) directly takes to see open issues for that
specific component, github repo's readme already have this info on how to
compose JIRA url
