It would be even better (for backward compatibility reasons) if we could simply publish on
npm, but keep plugins.cordova.io as a mirror/redirector, based on the Cordova registry mapper.

What is the plan for plugins.cordova.io for after the CPR is closed?
Without knowing if there is a good way to retrieve the list/details of the cordova plugins
from npm.
I would love it if we could keep it as it is with the data from npm.
