    This breaks our plugin in our Windows 8.1 project. We just updated cordova internally
and these changes were included in that. We have a plugin that has references added via the
<framework> tag. These references are winmd files and require a dll to be in the same
directory they reside in but this dll is not referenced in the jsproj. We were relying on
the <asset> tag to put the dll in the location where it is needed like this <asset
src="src/windows8/RBA_SDK.dll" target="../plugins/com.yourwaresoftware.ismp/RBA_SDK.dll"/>
now that this change has been implemented we get the error "not located within project!" from
common.js. Although this might not be the actual intended use of the <asset> tag we
have not been able to find another way to get this file into the correct target folder. Can
this "ERROR" be changed to a "WARNING" instead.
