Hi Nikhil,

I can update the DNS to redirect ci.cordova.io to the Apache hosted setup.
This would be more aligned with their desire to ensure that all URLs (and
infra) are of Apache ownership.

Anyone object with updating ci.cordova.io? I'll do the update on Wednesday
if there is no objection.
