    @sosahvictor @Watabe08 Victor is correct.  The documentation for Cordova doesn't typically
change significantly to where the entire thing is retranslated with each release.  Which means
only a small amount of documentation needs to be translated for new changes.  If a document
isn't 100% translated when close to a release date then we use machine translation to help
get it to 100% translated so the documentation is at least available in other languages. 
Ideally we get enough translators on board to help out that we never have to use machine translation.
