Hey Andrew,

Sorry for the rush job.

I assume most of this is about 3.3.0-0.1.0 and not 3.4.0-rc.1.

My rationale was to get it out quick and combine its release notes into
3.4's release blog. I realize now that was not the best way to go about it.
Ill make sure to follow our process closer.
