Unfortunately I looked into it some more. Both videos are using the
Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.en_US

In the LEGAL issue tracker, this license's approval for use is murky at
best:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-96
