I am expecting to tag/package Windows 8 Cordova along with everything else
in 3.1
I have added:
- plugin breakout ( all of them except Contacts as there is no Contact
store on the device )
- plugins install/uninstall with plugman
- plugin permissions added/removed from manifest
- project create script
- project level build/clean/version scripts

The missing pieces are the run/install/debug commands, currently you will
need to open visual studio to run your project.
As Parashuram points out, you can expect more attention here, as MS Open
Tech steps up their involvement. I am excited to have help here.
