I did some testing on windows8

cordova platform add windows8
cordova platform rm windows8
cordova platform add windows8
cordova plugin add Z:\Documents\cordova-3.1.x\cordova-plugin-file -d
cordova plugin add Z:\Documents\cordova-3.1.x\cordova-plugin-camera -d

But it failed on "cordova plugin rm -d"

Error: malformed document. First element should be <plist>  wtf?
