The plugman changes seem to be orthogonal to the master/future branch (ie non-breaking). as for cordova-js and cordova-blackberry, plan is to merge those as soon as docs are in place. It can take a few hours for the github mirrors to catch up to git-apache, but retarget those pull requests anytime.
