Experienced this also.

Here is a sample of the iframe part of my code:

          <iframe src="" scrolling="auto">
          	 <p>Your browser does not support iframes.</p>

I cannot click on any text box. This problem is unique to Android 4.0.X. As I have tested
and works fine in Android above and below this version.
