Joe Bowser updated CB-1961:
---------------------------

    Environment: Microsoft Windows 7?
Assignee: Anis Kadri (was: Joe Bowser)

It's good to specify which OS has this problem. It's obvious to me by saying create.js, but
not to everyone.

> Project: Apache Cordova

> Affects Versions: 2.2.0

> It appears that the "length is null or not an object" error some experiencing in create.js
may be related to the call "android list targets" returning nothing. If this is the case
for any of you run the android batch file and be sure to install at least one target platform.
