When I create new project and provide a URL for the POM:

svn://myserver.com/project/pom.xml

I get a message on web: 

The specified resource cannot be accessed. Please try again later or contact
your administrator.

And this string in stderr file:

com.opensymphony.webwork.dispatcher.multipart.MultiPartRequest - Item is a
file upload of 0 size, ignoring

What is it? Anybody can help?
