HI All,

Does anyone know how I can get Continuum to honour the 
-Dorg.apache.maven.user-settings system property.

I have tried adding it as an "installation" envvar, then added it to a 
profile used by the builds.

I have tried adding it as a Tomcat startup system property, all with no 
luck.

Any ideas ?
