I don't think you need it in the command line if you added the certificate
in the keystore.

If you upload your pom, you must allow the file protocol. To allow it, you
must configure it in WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/plexus/application.xml for
Continuum 1.1 (explain in FAQs)
