Thank you for the patch, but I do not think it will work well. To properly handle this we
should:
 * Make command output available during execution
 * Scroll the output textarea to its bottom on first-page access
 * Refresh only the output if building, auto-scrolling if the output was at the bottom already

I believe there are a few issues related to the way that build output is handled that this
will address as well.
