Update: I tested whether I could upload poms that contain expressions with values only specified
in a settings file for the continuum user. Specifically, the build included an antrun execution
that echo'd the value and the artifact's version was specified as ${settings-sensitive}. The
project metadata was successfully built and included the settings sensitive values. It appears
this is not an issue as of r1662996.
