Brett Porter reopened CONTINUUM-2563:
-------------------------------------

Assignee: Brett Porter (was: Maria Odea Ching)

This has a problem - it created a project level build definition every time you add a project
(even with a new group). Working on simplifying the process to only do that if it differs
from the group.
