I agree, the 'actual' behavior you describe seems wrong.  If I wanted to build the entire
project, i would click "Build All" at the group level.  If I just click build for the parent
project, I do NOT want all the children to build.

I checked this in 1.3.4 and 1.3.5, and it works as expected.  When I add a multi-module project
and force a build of only the parent module, the parent module is the only one that builds.
