Subject [jira] Closed: (CONTINUUM-2121) Notifier of type Mail does not support addresses with ip: xxxx [at]
Date Wed, 22 Apr 2009 05:12:46 GMT

Brett Porter closed CONTINUUM-2121.

         Assignee: Brett Porter
       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: (was: 1.x)

I double checked since I wasn't sure this was valid - and can confirm the RFC doesn't allow
IP addresses for recipients.

try @localhost, etc.

after any build of the project.

an invalid mail address and stopped the notifier.

> I was thinking, the regular expression Continuum used for validating a mail address might
be ingoring all mail addresses like xxxx [at] 888.888.888.888.
